8-week courses are perhaps the best known format for delivering Mindfulness training. A prerequisite for joining a course is that you are willing to spend 45 minutes a day practicing what you learn during the sessions. This will help you a great deal in establishing your practice; there really is a direct relationship between the time you put into practice, and the benefits you experience.

Classes are small and friendly, with plenty of opportunity for sharing experiences, practicing together, and personal reflection.

There is more to it than just the 8 weekly sessions! The complete course includes:
  - an orientation element to 'get into' the course
  - 8 weekly 2-hour long group classes
  - a home practice manual and 3 home practice CDs/audio dowloads

Our evening courses include a one-day practice workshop in the latter part of the course. Participants on daytime courses may be able to join one of these days for a small fee.

- Peterborough daytime: Thursdays 10.00-12.00, starting 15th February
2018 at Equilibrium Yoga and Well-being Centre, Woodston, Peterborough.
