We offer the following introductory courses in Mindfulness from time to time:

Mindfulness for Frantic Times

If you want to find out more about Mindfulness and get started with some simple practices, but you're strapped for time, this introductory course will suit you. It comprises 6 90 minute classes, and is suitable for newcomers, as well as for people who would like to reconnect or refresh their practice. The sessions are built around short, practical Mindfulness practices, contain class exercises, and guidance for home practice. They are fully supported with audio material and written handouts.

Mindfulness Basics

A half-day starter workshop. A chance to discover Mindfulness and try it out for yourself. Includes some short, simple practices, and a course handout. We offer this from time to time from different venues, or we are happy to respond to requests from small groups for their own workshop.
